Princess Amandine makes its mark in distribution
The Princess Amandine potato continues to grow in Spanish distribution. In just a few years, Germicopa's Amandine variety has made its way into the supermarkets.
Fruit Today spoke to Jean Michel Beranger, general manager of the Asociación Princesa Amandine Ibérica, which is made up of four marketing companies: Udapa, el Zamorano, Ibérica de Patatas and
Fruit Today.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
