Reducing VAT on food is a measure that should be maintained until inflation falls.
AECOC brought together, this Tuesday and Wednesday at the 25th Fruit and Vegetable Congress at the Valencia Conference Centre, more than 600 producers, distributors and associations from the sector. At the opening of the event, the director general of the Association of Manufacturers and Distributors praised the VAT reduction approved by the Government for some basic foodstuffs such as
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
