The supply of guava is currently slightly lower than anticipated, although the volume is gradually increasing. "It is lower than last year," says Alberto Diaz of Spring Valley Fruits. "The season in Aguascalientes, Mexico started later this year, partly due to the good amount of rain we had this summer."
