Sormac, a supplier of machines, complete processing lines, and turnkey solutions for the fresh-cut fruit and vegetable industry, has acquired a majority stake in the German food technology manufacturer Foodcons. Established in 2004, Foodcons has developed into a respected manufacturer of its own machinery.
