ProA Capital instructs Deustche Bank to sell Moyca
The ProA Capital fund has commissioned Deutsche Bank to divest Moyca, a company specialising in the production of seedless grapes, according to financial sources told Cinco Días. The valuations start at€400 million.
ProA bought Moyca in 2016 for around €200 million, beating other
funds.

The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
