The Austrian SPAR retail chain has paid out over €243,000 in bonuses to fruit and vegetable producers.

SPAR is sending a clear message about quality and regional produce in domestic agriculture: In the autumn of 2025, the new fruit and vegetable bonus for 2024 and 2025 was awarded for the first time. This premium will now be paid out every two years and is part of the newly revised SPAR Fruit & Veg program.
