The fresh-cut fruit and vegetable range drives Peris to constant and sustained growth
A little over a year ago, Peris extended its pre-prepared convenience food facilities by 1,000 m2 and modernised the spaces and machinery, placing special emphasis on the clean room, where the fruit and vegetables are processed. This undertaking, which involved an investment of 1.2 billion euros, has allowed them to increase their production capacity, optimise processes and improve the quality of their products

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
