The San Alfonso cooperative and the Clasol Group merge
Grupo Clasol and Cooperativa San Alfonso are joining forces to create a leading fruit and vegetable group. The new alliance will focus its innovative business model on citrus and stone fruit production.
This new entity has four packing centres throughout the Mediterranean, 2,500 hectares of production and more than 2,000 employees.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
