The strong Chinese market is boosting Chilean fruit exports.

Chilean fruit exports experienced a 1% decrease in volume during the first quarter of 2024, but saw a 4% increase in value compared to the same period the previous year. According to data released by the Office of Agrarian Studies and Policies (Odepa), total exports amounted to 1.123 million tonnes valued at US$3.721 billion.
