The artichoke harvest has been going on since October and will last until May for the Agromediterranea Group, based in Serrenti, southern Sardinia. With Filippo Frongia, owner of the Sardinian group together with Andrea Manca, we took stock of the current season and analysed the prospects for the second part of the campaign.
