Caprichos del Paladar presents at Anuga the first artichoke hamburger
This participation is part of the company's strategy to expand and promote its products on the international market. During the event, they presented some of their star products such as candied artichoke flowers and their latest creation, the result of an important work of innovation and adaptation to the demands of the consumer: the artichoke burger.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
