Formentera del Segura joins the Vega Baja Artichoke brand.
The Town Council of Formentera del Segura has signed the adhesion to the Vega Baja artichoke brand in a ceremony held in the plenary hall of the town hall which was attended by the association's board of directors, headed by the president, Antonio Ángel Hurtado, together with the mayor of Formentera del Segura, Francisco Cano, and the councillor for Agriculture of the municipality.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
