Market prices only slightly above last year's level
The asparagus harvest in the South Tyrolean asparagus stronghold of Terlan has officially begun this week. However, it will probably be another week before the Terlan asparagus finds its way to the stores in the Pustertal and Vinschgau valleys, as the harvest is still too small.
