HORTYFRUTA activates the Quality Standard Extension for aubergine
The Crisis Committee of the Andalusian Fruit and Vegetable Interprofessional, HORTYFRUTA, has met again to analyse the market situation of the products that affect it and especially the black/long aubergine.
As happened previously with the green courgette, after carrying out a rigorous analysis, it has been detected that in the case of the long aubergine it is
some of the products that are affected by the market situation.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
