Hortyfruta, the Fruit and Vegetable Inter-branch organization in Andalusia, has decided to activate the Quality Standard Extension for long black aubergines in conventional agriculture for fresh consumption. Long aubergines are currently at the peak production level for the second part of the season, which is typical for this time of year.
