In 2021, the price of Spanish aubergines surpassed that of Dutch aubergines for the first time in history

According to FAO data, in a Hortoinfo analysis, in 2021 Spain surpassed the Netherlands for the first time ever in the price paid to farmers for their aubergines, as Spanish producers were paid €0.67/kg and Dutch producers €0.65/kg.
