The second categories of green courgettes and striped aubergines are back on the market.
The Crisis Committee of the Interprofessional Organisation of Fruit and Vegetables of Andalusia, HORTYFRUTA, has communicated that, after analysing the favourable evolution of green courgettes and striped aubergines during the last days, the market situation that led to the application of the ban
has been reversed.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
