Almeria: Strong price increase for tomatoes, bell peppers, and green beans

In calendar week 43/2024, the prices for tomatoes increased significantly. Loose tomatoes were sold for 1.20 euros/kg to 0.80 euros/kg, long-life tomatoes on average for 1.10 euros/kg, vine tomatoes on average for 1 euro/kg, and pera tomatoes for 1.40 euros/kg to 1 euro/kg. For corto negro cucumbers, the prices ranged from 1.15 euros/kg to 0.90 euros/kg.
