A resident of Care UK Trymview Hall in Bristol, Albert Stiles, has credited his long life to his lifelong habit of consuming beetroot. He celebrated his 100th birthday at the care home. Stiles, who has been enjoying beetroot since childhood, was treated to a beetroot and goat cheese terrine on his special day.
