Asda sold veg for just 15p over Christmas
Asda was selling vegetables at the chain’s lowest-ever price of 15p in the run up to Christmas.
From 20-26 December, the supermarket was offering 1kg of carrots (usually 60p), 500g of sprouts (usually £1), 360g of broccoli (usually 75p) and 500g of parsnips (usually 65p) for just 15p, both online and in stores.
