- On January 29, 2025, in Warsaw (Bronisze), the price of white cabbage was noted between 0.49 EUR/kg and 0.56 EUR/kg with no change from previous data.
The Chinese cabbage price ranged from 0.60 EUR/kg to 0.70 EUR/kg, reflecting a decrease of 2.4%.
Sauerkraut in this market was priced at 1.05 EUR/kg to 1.15 EUR/kg, with stable pricing reported. - In Poznan (WGRO), the price for white cabbage on the same date was recorded at 0.73 EUR per piece, unchanged from previous figures.
Chinese cabbage was priced from 6.91 to 7.33 EUR for a 10 kg bag, equating to approximately 0.69 to 0.73 EUR/kg. - At Praska Giełda Spożywcza, the price for a kilogram of cabbage was steady at 0.52 EUR/kg as of January 29, 2025.
Sauerkraut saw a notable decrease of 5.5%, bringing the price down to 1.09 EUR/kg. - In Rzeszow (Agrohurt), white cabbage was sold for 0.52 to 0.63 EUR/kg without any price adjustments.
For Brussels sprouts, the range was 2.30 to 3.14 EUR/kg, remaining stable.

Sauerkraut prices ranged from 1.05 to 1.47 EUR/kg with stable pricing.
Chinese cabbage experienced a significant price increase of 23.5%, now ranging between 0.94 and 1.26 EUR/kg. - In Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska), white cabbage experienced a price drop of 4.6% to a range of 0.52 to 0.58 EUR/kg as of January 29, 2025.
Chinese cabbage in Kalisz saw a reduction of 11.1%, priced at 0.84 EUR/kg.
