Market Analysis: Fresh Cabbage Prices in Poland as of June 9, 2025

• On the Warsaw (Bronisze) wholesale market, the price of white cabbage ranged from 0.79 to 0.91 EUR per kg, reflecting a decrease of 1.8%.
  The early white cabbage was priced between 0.73 and 1.05 EUR per piece, marking a decline of 5.6%.
  Red cabbage had prices stable at 1.05 to 1.26 EUR per kg.
  Early red cabbage also showed no price change, with a range of 0.94 to 1.15 EUR per piece.
  Sauerkraut remained unchanged at 1.05 to 1.15 EUR per kg, while early sauerkraut was priced at 1.88 to 2.30 EUR per kg with no change.
  Chinese cabbage prices were stable, ranging from 0.42 to 0.52 EUR per kg.
  Lastly, savoy cabbage prices held steady between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR per kg.
  
• In the Rzeszow (Agrohurt) market, white cabbage prices varied from 0.94 to 1.05 EUR per kg.
  Red cabbage was marked at a constant price range of 1.26 to 1.47 EUR per kg.
  Sauerkraut was listed at 10.47 to 11.52 EUR per 10 kg bucket, translating to approximately 1.05 to 1.15 EUR per kg, with no change.
  Fresh-grown white cabbage prices were steady at 1.05 to 1.47 EUR per piece.
  Chinese cabbage pieces were priced between 1.47 and 1.68 EUR.
