Market Price Report: Fresh Cabbage and Sauerkraut in Poland as of January 2, 2025

• In the wholesale market of Warsaw (Bronisze), the price of white cabbage was recorded between 0.34 EUR and 0.42 EUR per kilogram with no change from previous recordings.
  The imported white cabbage ranged from 0.39 EUR to 0.46 EUR per kilogram, also showing no variation.
  Early imported white cabbage was priced between 1.57 EUR and 1.78 EUR per piece, remaining stable.
  Red cabbage was noted at prices from 0.42 EUR to 0.49 EUR per kilogram with no change.
  Sauerkraut was sold for 1.05 EUR to 1.15 EUR per kilogram, stable as well.
  Chinese cabbage showed a notable increase of 7.3%, with prices ranging from 0.56 EUR to 0.68 EUR per kilogram.
  Savoy cabbage was priced from 1.05 EUR to 1.68 EUR per kilogram, maintaining its previous price range.
  
• In Poznan (WGRO), white cabbage was available for 0.73 EUR to 0.84 EUR per piece, showing no price change.
  Chinese cabbage was priced between 5.86 EUR and 7.54 EUR for 10 kg, translating to 0.59 EUR to 0.75 EUR per kilogram, remaining stable.
  Savoy cabbage was consistently priced at 5.03 EUR for a pack of six pieces.
  
• At Praska Giełda Spożywcza, cabbage was priced at a consistent 0.38 EUR per kilogram.
  Sauerkraut was sold at a stable price of 1.26 EUR per kilogram.
  The price for Chinese cabbage was recorded at 0.59 EUR per kilogram with no changes.
  
• In Kalisz (Giełda Kaliska), domestic white cabbage experienced a significant decrease of 22.9%, with prices ranging from 0.25 EUR to 0.31 EUR per kilogram.
  Domestic red cabbage also saw a reduction of 20.0%, priced at 0.42 EUR per kilogram.
  General domestic cabbage prices rose by 11.1%, reaching 1.05 EUR per kilogram.
  Domestic Chinese cabbage was stable at 0.52 EUR per kilogram.
  Domestic Savoy cabbage was sold for 1.26 EUR to 1.68 EUR per piece, showing no change.
