- The latest data from October 2023 indicates significant fluctuations in vegetable prices across various wholesale markets in Poland.
On October 10th, at the Bronisze Wholesale Market, the price of potatoes saw a modest increase, reaching 0.12 EUR per kilogram, compared to the previous week when they were priced at 0.10 EUR per kilogram.
In contrast, the price of onions at the Bronisze Wholesale Market on the same date was stable, remaining at 0.15 EUR per kilogram. - Meanwhile, at the Poznań Wholesale Market, data from October 11th shows that carrots experienced a price rise, now costing 0.20 EUR per kilogram, compared to 0.18 EUR per kilogram noted earlier in the month.
On the other hand, cabbage prices at the Poznań market displayed a decline, with costs dropping to 0.10 EUR per kilogram from the earlier 0.12 EUR per kilogram. - At the Wrocław Wholesale Market on October 12th, tomatoes were priced at 0.90 EUR per kilogram, showing no change from the previous week's figures.
Conversely, cucumbers at the same market experienced a decrease, falling to a price of 0.70 EUR per kilogram from the prior rate of 0.80 EUR per kilogram recorded a few days prior.
