Price Analysis of Cabbage Varieties in Poland as of 26 May 2025

• The latest data from 26 May 2025 provides an insight into the pricing dynamics of different cabbage varieties across wholesale markets in Poland.
  In Krakow (Rybitwy), white cabbage is priced uniformly at 0.84 EUR per kg. Red cabbage ranges between 1.09 and 1.15 EUR per kg, without any price change. Sauerkraut prices remain stable, ranging from 0.84 to 1.47 EUR per kg. Chinese cabbage is available at 0.80 to 0.84 EUR per kg, and savoy cabbage is priced at 1.47 EUR per piece.
  
• In Warsaw (Bronisze), the price for white cabbage is between 0.73 and 0.84 EUR per kg. Early white cabbage varies from 0.73 to 1.15 EUR per piece. Red cabbage is consistent at 1.05 to 1.26 EUR per kg. Sauerkraut is sold at prices ranging from 1.15 to 1.26 EUR per kg. Chinese cabbage prices have increased by 5.0%, now at 0.47 to 0.63 EUR per kg. Savoy cabbage remains steady at 1.26 to 1.68 EUR per kg.
  
• Poznan (WGRO) lists white cabbage at 0.73 to 0.80 EUR per piece. Early white cabbage is priced at 3.98 to 5.03 EUR for a package of 6 pieces, translating to approximately 0.66 to 0.84 EUR per kg. Early Chinese cabbage is offered at 5.86 to 7.33 EUR per 10 kg, equating to 0.59 to 0.73 EUR per kg. Savoy cabbage is consistent, priced at 8.80 to 9.42 EUR for 6 pieces, or approximately 1.47 to 1.57 EUR per kg.

Fresh-grown white cabbage prices have decreased by 5.3%, with prices between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per head. Chinese cabbage has decreased by 5.0%, now at 0.84 to 1.15 EUR per kg. Domestic savoy cabbage holds steady between 1.47 and 2.09 EUR per piece.
