Price Analysis of Cabbage Varieties in Poland as of May 16, 2025

  Imported white cabbage also maintained stability, priced between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kilogram.
  Early white cabbage saw an increase of 16.7% in its prices, now ranging from 0.94 to 1.26 EUR per piece.
  Red cabbage prices were steady at 1.05 to 1.26 EUR per kilogram.
  Sauerkraut maintained its price between 1.15 and 1.26 EUR per kilogram.
  Chinese cabbage was priced between 0.42 and 0.63 EUR per kilogram, with no noted change.
  Savoy cabbage remained steady, priced from 1.26 to 1.68 EUR per kilogram.
  
• In Poznan (WGRO) market, the price for white cabbage was stable, ranging from 0.73 to 0.80 EUR per piece.
  Early white cabbage noted a significant price drop of 31.8%, now priced at 4.40 to 5.03 EUR for 6 pieces, equating to approximately 0.73 to 0.84 EUR per piece.
  Chinese cabbage early variety was priced at 5.86 to 7.33 EUR per 10 kg, making it approximately 0.59 to 0.73 EUR per kilogram.
  Savoy cabbage prices remained unchanged at 8.80 to 9.42 EUR for 6 pieces, roughly 1.47 to 1.57 EUR per piece.
  
• In Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska), domestic white cabbage saw a 20.0% decrease, priced at 0.84 EUR per kilogram.
  Domestically produced early white cabbage was priced between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per piece, with no changes noted.
  Domestic red cabbage experienced a 5.0% price increase, ranging from 1.05 to 1.15 EUR per kilogram.
  Savoy cabbage priced steadily at 1.26 EUR per kilogram.
