Sauerkraut saw a price increase, now ranging from 0.84 to 1.47 EUR/kg, a 22.2% rise. Chinese cabbage prices remain stable between 0.80 and 0.84 EUR/kg. Savoy cabbage is priced consistently at 1.47 EUR per piece.
- At the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, white cabbage maintains its price between 0.73 and 0.84 EUR/kg. Imported white cabbage prices also remain unchanged within the same range. Early white cabbage is priced between 0.73 and 1.15 EUR per piece. Red cabbage ranges from 1.05 to 1.26 EUR/kg, with no price movement. Sauerkraut remains stable at 1.15 to 1.26 EUR/kg. Chinese cabbage is priced between 0.42 and 0.63 EUR/kg. The price for savoy cabbage is unchanged between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR/kg.
- In Poznan (WGRO), white cabbage is priced between 0.73 and 0.80 EUR per piece. Early white cabbage ranges from 3.98 to 5.03 EUR for 6 pieces. Early Chinese cabbage is priced between 5.86 and 7.33 EUR for 10 kg, or approximately 0.59 to 0.73 EUR/kg. Savoy cabbage is priced between 8.80 and 9.42 EUR for 6 pieces, translating to approximately 1.47 to 1.57 EUR per piece.
- The Praska Giełda Spożywcza shows cabbage prices at 0.84 EUR/kg. Sauerkraut is steady at 1.19 EUR/kg, while Chinese cabbage holds at 0.52 EUR/kg.
- In Rzeszow (Agrohurt), white cabbage ranges from 0.94 to 1.05 EUR/kg. Red cabbage is priced between 1.26 and 1.47 EUR/kg. Sauerkraut, sold in a 10 kg bucket, costs 10.47 to 11.52 EUR, equaling approximately 1.05 to 1.15 EUR/kg. Fresh-grown white cabbage is priced between 1.05 and 1.47 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage costs between 1.47 and 1.68 EUR per piece, and savoy cabbage ranges from 1.68 to 2.09 EUR per piece.
- At Wroclaw (Targpiast), white cabbage prices decreased by 5.3%, now ranging from 0.84 to 1.05 EUR/kg. Red cabbage maintains its price between 1.05 and 1.26 EUR/kg. Sauerkraut remains stable, priced from 1.05 to 1.47 EUR/kg. Fresh-grown white cabbage saw a 5.6% increase, priced between 0.84 and 1.15 EUR per head. Chinese cabbage, reflecting a 5.3% increase, is priced between 0.84 and 1.26 EUR/kg. Domestic savoy cabbage remains between 1.47 and 2.09 EUR per piece.
- Finally, in Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska), domestic white cabbage saw a 5.9% decrease in price to 0.84 EUR/kg. Early domestic white cabbage is consistent, priced between 0.63 and 0.84 EUR per piece. Domestic red cabbage prices increased by 10.0%, now ranging from 1.05 to 1.26 EUR/kg. Other domestic cabbage stays at 1.26 EUR/kg. Chinese cabbage saw a 7.1% decrease, priced between 0.63 and 0.73 EUR/kg.
