Based on the CAP 68 design, the new machine is capable of cutting larger cabbages and comes with enhanced hygiene features. With a wider feeder and bigger rotary blade, the CAP 350 can handle white or red cabbages with a diameter of up to 350 mm. The capacity of the CAP 350 is approximately double that of its predecessor.
