Report on Cabbage Prices in Poland as of February 28, 2025

• The wholesale market in Warsaw (Bronisze) reported stable prices for various cabbage products as of February 28, 2025. White cabbage was priced between 0.52 and 0.63 EUR per kg, with no change in price. Imported white cabbage ranged from 0.57 to 0.63 EUR per kg, also showing no price variation. Early imported white cabbage was priced between 1.15 and 1.57 EUR per piece, without any change. Red cabbage maintained a price range of 0.60 to 0.67 EUR per kg. Sauerkraut was priced between 1.05 and 1.15 EUR per kg. Chinese cabbage prices ranged from 0.81 to 0.99 EUR per kg, while Savoy cabbage was priced between 1.05 and 1.68 EUR per kg. All these products showed no change in pricing.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), on February 28, 2025, white cabbage was priced between 0.73 and 0.84 EUR per piece. Early white cabbage was priced between 8.38 and 9.84 EUR for eight pieces, translating to approximately 1.05 to 1.23 EUR per kg with no change in prices. Chinese cabbage prices ranged from 7.33 to 7.96 EUR per 10 kg, equating to about 0.73 to 0.80 EUR per kg. Savoy cabbage was priced uniformly at 5.03 EUR per six pieces, equaling approximately 0.84 EUR per piece.
  
• The Kalisz market (Gielda Kaliska), as of the same date, showed stable prices for domestic white cabbage at 0.52 EUR per kg. Imported early white cabbage had a price increase of 9.1%, ranging from 1.05 to 1.47 EUR per piece. Domestic red cabbage experienced a 7.7% price rise, with a stable price of 0.73 EUR per kg. Other cabbages, like standard domestic cabbage, showed no price change at 1.26 EUR per kg. Chinese cabbage, also domestic, was stable at 0.84 EUR per kg. The price for domestic Savoy cabbage ranged between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR per piece, with no change.
