• The wholesale market in Warsaw (Bronisze) recorded prices for various cabbage varieties on October 17, 2025. White cabbage was priced between €0.13 and €0.17 per kg, showing no change in price. Red cabbage ranged from €0.17 to €0.25 per kg, with no price fluctuation. Sauerkraut was stable, priced between €1.05 and €1.15 per kg. Chinese cabbage experienced a price decrease of 10.7%, now costing between €0.58 and €0.73 per kg. Savoy cabbage remained unchanged, priced between €0.84 and €1.05 per kg.
