- The Polish wholesale markets are reflecting varied pricing for cabbage products as of January 26, 2026.
- In Krakow's Rybitwy market, white cabbage is priced between 0.17 and 0.23 EUR per piece, with no observed change in pricing. Red cabbage is available at 0.19 to 0.21 EUR per piece, maintaining a stable price. Sauerkraut is sold for 1.05 to 1.15 EUR per kilogram, with the price remaining consistent. The price of Chinese cabbage ranges from 0.84 to 1.26 EUR per piece, also showing no change. Savoy cabbage is priced between 0.73 and 0.94 EUR per piece, stable over the period.
- In the Warsaw Bronisze market, white cabbage is offered at 0.15 to 0.18 EUR per kilogram with no price changes noted. Red cabbage is priced between 0.15 and 0.21 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut’s price remains steady at 0.84 to 1.05 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is available at a price range of 0.84 to 1.05 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage has prices from 0.63 to 0.84 EUR per kilogram, all with persistent pricing.
