Sauerkraut is available at a stable price range of €1.05 to €1.15 per kilogram.
Chinese cabbage and savoy cabbage prices remain unchanged, from €0.56 to €0.68 per kilogram for the former, and €1.05 to €1.68 per kilogram for the latter. - At the Rzeszow market, Agrohurt, on January 7, 2025, the price of cabbage per kilogram ranges from €0.50 to €0.54, reflecting a 31.6% increase.

The prices for Chinese cabbage are from €1.05 to €1.26 per piece, while savoy cabbage ranges from €1.47 to €1.88 per piece, with prices remaining stable. - In Kalisz, at the Gielda Kaliska, as of January 7, 2025, domestically grown white cabbage is priced between €0.42 and €0.46 per kilogram, representing a 20% increase.
Imported early white cabbage is priced from €1.47 to €1.68 per piece, marking a 7.1% raise, whereas domestic early white cabbage shows no change at €0.63 per piece.
Red cabbage from domestic sources has decreased by 11.1%, priced at €0.42 per kilogram.
