UK: access to f&h is going to be a luxury
A recent OnePoll survey is more positive, claiming that Britons are increasing their fruit and vegetable consumption: 73% say they are eating more leafy greens, 62% more salad and 68% are eating more root vegetables such as sweet potatoes and carrots.
However, the actual data does not look quite so positive. The average
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
