Actually, there is currently a decent supply of everything. We have been cutting cauliflower ourselves up until the holidays, and all of it has been sold to consumers. Unfortunately, it hasn't always been at the price we would have preferred. As for rhubarb, we are still observing reasonable prices, but that may not last for long.
