The biggest increases in price this week were Spring greens at +21%, Cauliflower at 24% and forced rhubarb at a whopping +56% increase on last week. The biggest decreases in price were seen in Pak Choi at -9% and cucumbers at -14% compared to last week.
These prices are the average most usual prices charged for home-grown fruit, vegetable and flowers at wholesale markets.
