Report on Cucumber Prices in Poland - December 16, 2024

• On December 16, 2024, at the Warsaw (Bronisze) wholesale market, the price of cucumbers in brine ranged from 1.68 to 2.09 EUR per kilogram, with no change in price.
  Greenhouse import cucumbers at the same market were priced between 1.03 and 2.30 EUR per kilogram, showing a decrease of 5.9%.
  Cucumbers from domestic glasshouses ranged from 2.72 to 2.93 EUR per kilogram, with no price change noted.
  
• At the Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska) wholesale market on December 16, 2024, the price for imported ground-grown cucumbers was 3.56 EUR per kilogram, reflecting an increase of 13.3%.
  Homemade pickled cucumbers were priced between 1.68 and 2.09 EUR per kilogram with no change in price.
  The price for imported glasshouse cucumbers ranged from 2.09 to 2.51 EUR per kilogram, with a significant increase of 29.4%.
  Domestic glasshouse cucumbers were priced consistently at 2.51 EUR per kilogram with no change recorded.
