Cucumber Price Analysis in Poland - Latest Update (as of July 1, 2025)

• The wholesale market in Krakow (Rybitwy) presents the following prices for cucumber products as of June 30, 2025: cucumbers are priced at 1.47 EUR per kg with no observed price change, pickled gherkins are available at 2.09 EUR per kg, and the Polish glasshouse cucumbers range from 0.63 to 0.84 EUR per kg, all showing stability in prices.
  
• In the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, as of July 1, 2025, field-grown cucumbers are priced between 0.94 and 1.26 EUR per kg. Cucumbers in brine range from 1.88 to 2.09 EUR, while low-salt cucumbers are priced between 2.30 and 2.51 EUR per kg with no price changes noted. Short glasshouse cucumbers are offered at prices from 0.68 to 0.89 EUR per kg.
  
• The Poznan (WGRO) wholesale market lists cucumbers and glasshouse cucumbers as of June 30, 2025, both priced between 3.77 and 4.61 EUR per 5 kg bag. When converted, this equates to approximately 0.75 to 0.92 EUR per kg.
  
• In Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska) as of July 1, 2025, the prices for domestic field cucumbers range between 0.63 and 0.84 EUR per kg. Domestic pickled cucumbers are priced consistently at 2.51 EUR per kg, while lightly salted pickled cucumbers are available at 3.14 EUR per kg. Notably, domestic glasshouse cucumbers have decreased by 10% and are now priced between 0.42 and 0.52 EUR per kg.
