On the wholesale market in Krakow (Rybitwy), the price for pickled gherkins ranges from 1.99 EUR to 2.09 EUR per kilogram, showing a notable increase of 11.4%.
Meanwhile, the price for glasshouse cucumbers of Polish origin has increased by 31.3%, with prices ranging from 2.09 EUR to 2.30 EUR per kilogram.
At the Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska) market, ground cucumbers (cucumber gruntowy dom) are priced between 3.14 EUR and 3.35 EUR per kilogram, marking an increase of 3.3%.
The price for homemade pickled cucumbers (cucumber kiszony dom) remains stable at 2.51 EUR per kilogram, with no change observed.
There is a noticeable decrease in the price of homemade low-salt pickled cucumbers (cucumber kiszony małosolny dom), now at 5.03 EUR per kilogram, a reduction of 14.3%.
Imported glasshouse cucumbers (cucumber glasshouse import) are priced at 1.47 EUR per kilogram, reflecting a decrease of 6.7%.
Domestic glasshouse cucumbers (cucumber glasshouse dom) are priced between 1.47 EUR and 1.68 EUR per kilogram, with a decrease of 6.3%.
