- The market in Krakow (Rybitwy) reported stable prices for cucumbers on October 6, 2025, with a price range of 1.26 to 1.47 EUR per kg, showing no change. Pickled gherkins were priced between 2.09 and 2.51 EUR per kg, also with no change. Meanwhile, Polish glasshouse cucumbers experienced a notable increase of 38.9%, priced between 1.05 and 1.57 EUR per kg.
- In Warsaw (Bronisze), as of October 8, 2025, field-grown cucumbers maintained prices between 1.68 and 2.30 EUR per kg, with no fluctuations observed. Cucumber in brine was priced from 2.09 to 2.72 EUR per kg, while low-salt cucumbers ranged from 2.51 to 2.93 EUR per kg, both maintaining stable prices. Greenhouse cucumbers were listed at prices from 0.75 to 1.68 EUR per kg with no change. Short glasshouse cucumbers showed a decrease of 12.5%, priced between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR per kg.
- In Poznan (WGRO), cucumbers were priced at 5.24 to 7.33 EUR per 5 kg on October 8, 2025, which converts to 1.05 to 1.47 EUR per kg, with no changes reported. Glasshouse cucumbers were consistently priced at 7.33 EUR per 5 kg, equal to 1.47 EUR per kg.
- Rzeszow (Agrohurt) saw a significant price increase for cucumbers, rising by 30.8% to a range of 1.68 to 1.88 EUR per kg as of October 8, 2025. Glasshouse cucumbers in Rzeszow increased by 15.4%, with prices between 1.47 and 1.68 EUR per kg. Pickled cucumbers remained stable at prices from 2.09 to 2.72 EUR per kg.
- Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska) reported a slight increase in prices for ground cucumbers, rising by 4.8% to a range of 2.09 to 2.51 EUR per kg as of October 8, 2025. Pickled cucumbers remained unchanged at 2.51 EUR per kg. Also, low-salt pickled cucumbers held steady at 3.14 EUR per kg. Glasshouse cucumbers in Kalisz experienced a decrease of 5.9%, with a consistent price of 1.68 EUR per kg.
