W ciągu pierwszych trzech miesięcy 2025 roku Peru wyeksportowało 1 133 ton czosnku o wartości 1,6 miliona dolarów. Jest to o 29% mniej wolumenu i o 32% mniej wartości w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w 2024 roku. Średnia cena spadła o 3% do 1,38 dolarów za kilogram. W styczniu 90% eksportowanego czosnku było w postaci świeżej.
