Strong supplies of ginger continue from around the world. Yasmin Pacia of Bronx, New York-based Trucco, Inc. notes that the Peruvian season for ginger is ending. “Supply in Peru seems to get stronger yearly, resulting in possible year-round availability,” says Pacia. Other year-round supplying countries include Thailand and India.
