Green Factory, a Polish producer in the vegetable, salad, and fresh convenience food sector, has completed the acquisition of three Eisberg companies from Bell Food Group in Poland, Hungary, and Romania. After receiving regulatory approval, the companies are now under the ownership of Green Holding Group.
