W dniu 11 lutego sąd administracyjny w Lyonie zawiesił decyzję ANSES o wycofaniu zezwolenia na wprowadzenie do obrotu środka o nazwie Pledge, herbicydu zawierającego flumioxazinę stosowanego głównie w sadach jabłoniowych i gruszkowych. Sędzia administracyjny stwierdził, że ANSES nie dostarczył dowodów na "nieakceptowalne ryzyko".
