Spices, a healthy market worth 180 million in Italy

The value of the spice market in Italy has reached 180 million euros, with a 1.9% increase in sales by volume (packaging). Cannamela (a brand of Gruppo Montenegro) is launching five new references at the Spices & Herbs Global Expo at Macfrut. Research shows that those under 34 are the most attracted.
