HUERCASA focuses on the optimisation of raw materials and strengthens its supply guarantee.
On its own stand of more than 60 square metres, located in Hall 5, Huercasa will be exhibiting its vegetable, steamed and vacuum-packed products, a range that continues to move towards the maximum optimisation of raw materials and the reduction of food waste from the first links in the chain.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
