Primaflor and Rodrigo de la Calle surprise with 'green cuisine' at Salón Gourmets.
Rodrigo de la Calle, a chef with one Michelin Star, one Green Michelin Star, and two Repsol Suns, delighted the audience at the Salón Gourmets this morning with three recipes that make up a complete menu consisting of a snack, a starter, and a main course with three main ingredients from Mimaflor, the commercial brand of Primaflor: pak choi, baby lettuces, and the new 'Seven Flavors' salad.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
