Market Analysis Report: Onion Prices in Poland as of October 7, 2025

• On the Krakow (Rybitwy) market, the price of onions on October 6, 2025, ranged from 0.38 to 0.42 EUR per kilogram, marking a significant increase of 65.2%.
  
• In Warsaw (Bronisze), the prices for various onion types on October 7, 2025, remained stable with no change. White onions were priced between 0.15 and 0.23 EUR per kilogram. White sugar and garlic onions ranged from 0.34 to 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Early white onions were priced between 0.52 and 0.73 EUR per kilogram. Red onions were also priced between 0.34 and 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Spring onions were sold in bunches, with prices ranging from 0.39 to 0.46 EUR per bunch.
  
• On the Poznan (WGRO) market, on October 6, 2025, the price for white onions ranged from 0.75 to 0.84 EUR per kilogram (based on a 10 kg package). White peeled onions were priced between 0.57 and 0.63 EUR per kilogram (based on a 5 kg package). Red onions in husks were priced from 0.31 to 0.50 EUR per kilogram (based on a 5 kg package). • In Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska), on October 7, 2025, the price for domestic white onions was stable at 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Domestic red onions were priced at 0.63 EUR per kilogram. Domestic garlic onions were also 0.63 EUR per kilogram. Domestic onions with husk ranged from 0.21 to 0.42 EUR per kilogram, showing a decrease of 6.3%.
