Report on Onion Prices in Poland as of May 19, 2025

• The wholesale market in Warsaw (Bronisze) lists the price of white onion at 0.60 to 0.68 EUR per kg, with no change in price.
  White sugar onions and garlic are priced between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kg, also without a change.
  Early white onions have seen a decrease of 11.5%, now priced at 1.15 to 1.26 EUR per kg.
  Red onions are priced between 0.84 and 1.15 EUR per kg, with no change.
  Imported onions range from 0.63 to 0.73 EUR per kg, while spring onions are priced at 0.39 to 0.46 EUR per bunch, both showing no change.
  
• In Poznan (WGRO), white onions are priced at 7.54 to 8.38 EUR per 10 kg, translating to 0.75 to 0.84 EUR per kg, with no change.
  Peeled white onions are priced at 2.83 to 3.14 EUR per 5 kg, or 0.57 to 0.63 EUR per kg, with no change.
  White onions in husks are priced at 2.30 to 3.14 EUR per 10 kg, or 0.23 to 0.31 EUR per kg, with no change.
  Red onions in husks are priced at 2.93 to 4.40 EUR per 5 kg, or 0.59 to 0.88 EUR per kg, with no change.
  Spring onions are priced at 0.34 EUR per bunch and 3.35 to 5.45 EUR per 10 bunches, with no change.
  Yellow onions are priced at 4.61 to 5.45 EUR per 15 kg, or 0.31 to 0.36 EUR per kg, with no change.
