- On December 6, 2024, the wholesale market in Warsaw (Bronisze) reported prices for white onions ranging from €0.25 to €0.34 per kilogram, with no change in price.
White sugar onions and garlic were priced between €0.48 and €0.63 per kilogram, also without any price change.
Red onions maintained a price range of €0.42 to €0.63 per kilogram.
Imported onions were priced from €0.37 to €0.46 per kilogram, while spring onions were sold by the bunch, with prices between €0.42 and €0.58. - In Poznań (WGRO), on December 6, 2024, white onions were priced at €0.75 to €0.84 per kilogram for a 10 kg unit.
White peeled onions, sold in 5 kg units, ranged from €0.57 to €0.63 per kilogram.
White onions with husks, available in 10 kg bags, were priced at €0.23 to €0.31 per kilogram.
Red onions with husks, in 5 kg units, ranged from €0.59 to €0.88 per kilogram.
Spring onions were priced at €0.34 to €0.36 per bunch for a 10 bunch unit.
Yellow onions, sold in 15 kg units, ranged from €0.31 to €0.35 per kilogram. - At the Kalisz market (Giełda Kaliska), red domestic onions were uniformly priced at €0.63 per kilogram on December 6, 2024.
Domestic onions with husks ranged from €0.21 to €0.25 per kilogram, reflecting a 10% increase in price.
