The onion harvest began in January at Premium Fresh in Tasmania. Jim Ertler from Premium Fresh explained, "February was a bit slow due to the wet spring we had, making it difficult to reach the expected quantity. The quality is good; we are just running 2-3 weeks behind schedule."
